1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices in the online store are stated in USD, EUR or SEK. You can descide wich currancy you prefer. 
All prices are "all inclusive", meaning that all ordres are inculded both duty and taxes. 
There will be no surprising costs afterwards.  

With us, you can pay both with Klarna and Paypal. In the Klarna Checkout you can choose whether you would like to pay by card or invioce. Quick, safe and easy.

2. SHIPPING

Worldwide Shipping. 
Alle packages are sent with DHL. Worldwide Express Delivery. Dutys and taxes included.

Most orders are on their way to you either the same day or the following day.
You also have the option of choosing a delivery address other than your private address.

Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods are damaged during transport, this must be reported to the place of delivery on the same day as the goods are received.

 

3. RETURN

You always have a 14-day full right of return when you shop with us. It is allowed to change your mind.

The cancellation period runs from the day you receive the item. Always keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product.

If you want to cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Fill in the enclosed right of withdrawal form and send the package to:

4. COMPLAINTS

Are your items damaged? Please take a picture and send us an email and we will help you.

This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

It must be reported within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.

We reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the item, when the complaint is justified.

When you want to advertise a product, always contact us by email before sending the item.

In the case of transport damage, the deadline in point 2 applies. The damage must be reported on the same day as the goods are received.
